He led the integration of stress testing frameworks post-UBS and Credit Suisse merger, developed group-wide credit loss models, and aligned risk governance across platforms. Anant has worked closely with regulators like the Bank of England and FINMA, advising on capital adequacy, credit resilience, and RoCET1 analytics. He also structured securitized credit hedges and capital planning frameworks under Pillar 2B.He has directed large quantitative teams (250+ FTEs), embedding tech-enabled risk frameworks and real-time credit decisioning. As a Board Member of PRMIA, he helps shape India’s risk agenda and contributes to global risk policy.

She is skilled in identifying and assessing procurement, tender and supply chain management and inventory control related issues within diverse environments.
Prior to this she has served in various auditing and accounting roles for sectors including banking and finance, manufacturing, steel and auto industries, across jurisdictions from the Middle East, Gulf region to Canada.
